Malpua
What is Malpua?
Malpua, or sometimes shortened to "pua," is an Indian sweet served as a dessert or a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent and popular in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
Ingridient
1 cup reconstituted flour
½ cup semolina
Oil
½ cup sugar
Fennels seeds
1/2 cup dry fruits (coconut, cashew, almond),
Recipe
- Take a big bowl and pour in the reconstituted flour, semolina, and sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
- Add water, mix it, and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Then, after mixing our dry fruits
- Take a pan and pour oil when our oil is heated; help it with a spoon.
- Now deep fry it and enjoy it.
