Masala Paneer
What is masala paneer?
Paneer Masala is an easy to make dish of paneer where paneer cubes are simmered in an onion-tomato-based spicy gravy.
Ingredient
250g paneer
10 to 12 cashews
2 tbsp butter
two bay leaves
2 cardamoms, green
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Two red chillies
1 tablespoon kashmiri pepper
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tsp asafoetida
2 onions
2tomato
Salt
2 quarts of water
1 tablespoon cream
Recipe
- First we cut our onions and tomatoes into slices.
- Then cut the paneer cube.
- Take a pan, pour butter, add asafoetida, bay leaves, green cardamom, stir well, then add cashew, red chilli, ginger garlic paste , onion, tomato, stir well.
- Allow it to rest and grind now.
- Now take another pan and pour butter, gravy, cream, and salt into it. Now stir it and add some water.
- Now add paneer, dried fenugreek and garam masala and put it on a low flame for 2 minutes.
