Spring onion potato
Ingredients
250 g green onion
2 potatoes
2-3 green chillies.
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon red chilies
½ turmeric powder
1 tsp asafoetida
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon garam masala
two bay leaves
1 teaspoon oil
Recipe
- Remove the potato peel.
- Wash all vegetables well.
- Cut all of the vegetables.
- Now take a pan and lightly fry our potatoes.
- In the same pan, pour in oil, asafoetida, cumin seeds, and bay leaves.
- Pour in our tomato and green chili, and stir well.
- Now add all the spices and spring onion on a low flame.
- Now add our fried potatoes and stir them well.
- After 6-7 minutes, stir it again and close the lid.
- Now switch off the flame and add garam masala. Then sir it.
