What are finger fries?

It is an Indo-Chinese version of French fries.



Ingredients

Two medium-sized potatoes

Schezwan sauce

Mayonnise

1 cup corn flour

salt as required 

Peri-peri masala

Food colour (optional)

2 cups of oil.



Recipe

  • Wash our potatoes well.
  • Now peel off the potatoes.
  • Now cut it into thick sticks.
  • Put it in water for a while.
  • Now boil half our potatoes.
  • Now mix it with corn flour, salt, and food colouring if you have it.
  • It has been cello fried.
  • Let it now be for the rest.
  • Now deep fry it.
  • Now add peri-peri masala to it.

Now enjoy it with schezwan sauce and mayonnaise.
