Finger Fries
What are finger fries?
It is an Indo-Chinese version of French fries.
Ingredients
Two medium-sized potatoes
Schezwan sauce
Mayonnise
1 cup corn flour
salt as required
Peri-peri masala
Food colour (optional)
2 cups of oil.
Recipe
- Wash our potatoes well.
- Now peel off the potatoes.
- Now cut it into thick sticks.
- Put it in water for a while.
- Now boil half our potatoes.
- Now mix it with corn flour, salt, and food colouring if you have it.
- It has been cello fried.
- Let it now be for the rest.
- Now deep fry it.
- Now add peri-peri masala to it.
Now enjoy it with schezwan sauce and mayonnaise.
