What is egg curry?

Egg curry is a comforting Indian dish of curried eggs. It is basically made with hard boiled eggs, onions, tomatoes, whole and ground spices and herbs Indian cuisine is very diverse and an egg curry is made in several ways, with recipes varying by state and even by family.



Ingredient

5-6 Eggs

2 onions

1 cup pureed tomatoes

2 green chilies

Green coriander leaves

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon red chilli

1 teaspoon coriander powder

½ Turmeric powder

½ kashmiri chilli

1 tablespoon garam masala

12 tablespoons dried fenugreek

Oil  

Water



Recipe

  • boiled the eggs.
  • When the oil is hot, put in the eggs to be fried.
  • Now add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, onion, tomato puree and stir it well.
  • Now add all of our spices and mix them well.
  • Then add 2 cups of water and put it on a low flame.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the eggs and set aside for 2 minutes before adding the garam masala.
  • Now turn off the flame.
