Manchurian
What is manchurian?
Manchurian is a class of Indian Chinese dishes made by roughly chopping and deep-frying ingredients such as cauliflower and paneer, and then sautéeing them in a sauce flavoured with soy sauce.
Ingredients
Manchurian balls
½ cup cabbage
1 chopped carrot
2 medium chopped onions
1 chopped capsicum
powdered black pepper
3 tablespoons corn flour
3 tbsp Refined flour
Oil
For gravy
2 tablespoons oil
2 beans (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon red chilli paste
½ cubed capsicum
1 large onion shell
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt
1 tbsp vinegar
3 cups of water.
Recipe
For balls
In a mixing bowl, combine our chopped capsicum, onions, cabbage, and carrot, then season with garam masala and coriander powder.Then take another bowl and pour 3 tbsp of corn flour into it and then add water to it. Then we dip our balls in it. After that, we refrigerate our balls. Now we fry our balls.
For gravy
Take a fry pan. Add some oil to it. Then pour in the beans, onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste, salt, ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, Manchurian balls and water.
