Kadhi rice
What is kadhi rice?
Kadhi rice is a popular dish in India. Kadhi is prepared by mixing curd, gramme flour, and different spices . It is served with boiled rice and is very popular in the northern and western states of India . It usually has a thick consistency and contains flakes.
Ingredients
400g curd
Gramme flour, 2 cups
Pinch asafoetida
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tbsp Fenugreek
½ turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tbsp. coriander powder
Two green chilies
4 garlic
1 large onion (for salad)
Oil
Coriander leaves
Rice to your specifications
Recipe
Pour curd into a bowl, then add 1 cup gramme flour water to taste, and mix thoroughly.Once it's done, you can either cook it or make the tempering and pour it.
Now we will take our rice, then soak and wash it for 2-3 hours. Rinse the rice and drain the water. Next, take a vessel or pressure cooker, add the rice, fill it with water, and cook the rice.
Take a large bowl, pour 1 cup of gramme flour in it and 1 glass of water in it, and make a batter of it.
Pour 1 large spoon of oil into a fry pan, followed by our batter spoon vice.
Now take another pan and add 1 tbsp of oil, asafoetida, garlic, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chilli, pakora, and our kadhi.
